Requirement for an experienced Valuer (Ops and 3rd Sector) to join their team for approximately 2-3 months. The role is being recruited for on a perm basis, therefore required to cover this period. To provide expertise in providing an efficient and responsive estates management service. To provide advice on all property matters, having regard to relevant legal and financial implications to all client services. To prepare valuations of land and property for all Council purposes in accordance with professional guidance and standards. To let and manage all property, including to community groups and the third sector, to include: new lettings, lease renewals, rent reviews and surrenders. To ensure that lease terms are complied with Dealing with landlords & Tenants, properties... etc... Schools and Social services. Elderly services and delivery services Out of the office 70% of the time, Doing rather than managing. You may pick up small parts of the Estates Officer work. Enhanced CRB will be required.
