Implementation Manager HR Payroll Finance ERP or MS Dynamics AX. We have an urgent requirement for an Consultant to take a Back Office lead implementation role. The individual must ideally have MS Dynamics AX functional experience, in retail and HR/Payroll/finance or hands on ERP implementation experience in HR/Payroll/Finance which is essential. Our client is a conglomerate with businesses in several industries in the Middle East; It is experiencing a period of significant growth and the business is looking to ensure that the IT Systems and supporting infrastructure is fit for purpose and scalable for the future. They have selected MS Dynamics AX to support their fashion retail business as well as their Back Office operations across the ventures business.

We are in urgent need of a MS Dynamics AX Back Office Lead who will lead the Change Management activities and work with the business and project teams to develop the overall change approach, plan and communicate the business resource/participation requirements and manage the plan for all change management activities. He/She will also support the Change activities on the HR, Payroll and Finance work streams. Therefore we are looking for a hands-on individual who has functional knowledge of AX (in HR/Payroll & Finance) or at least ERP but who also has done change management and has strong interpersonal skills.

The role will be based in Dubai for a 6 months contract, you will receive an allowance of $2k per month for accommodation/medical insurance etc plus one overseas economy return flight during term and a Visa if necessary.
