Ensuring updated Implementation Deployment Plan is cascaded to all Service Providers and all other key stakeholders. Ensuring Design team have relevant designs/information to complete their part of programme delivery. Collating and submitting switch install forms. Collating and submitting port config forms. Collating and submitting all required Operational Acceptance Criteria documentation for handover. Coordinating and taking minutes of meetings. Collating and supplying weekly statistics on progress. General admin support for team.
