For one of our clients working in the Pharmaceutical industry, we are currently looking for a Quality & Compliance Manager
FUNCTION DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for management of Quality Governance Global Quality Systems which used by all Vaccines sites and throughout the Vaccines business. Management includes: setting global strategy, defining system and process design, deployment throughout the enterprise, and maintenance, monitoring and improvement
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Global System Owner for Quality Governance systems and related Committees, eg Compliance
Management Team (CMT) and Vaccines Global Quality Council (GQC).
o Facilitator of GQA CMT:
Prepare agenda, issue meeting minutes, manage action log, ensure actions follow up, and communication of the Compliance Management Team meetings (CMT)
Ensures the following processes are in place (described in a procedure, supported by tools, ) and in use through the company: Quality Escalation, Quality Alert, CAPA globalization
o Ensures escalation from CMT to Vaccines GQC
o Supports the Secretary of the Vaccines GQC in preparation of Vaccines GQC meeting and its related Communication
o Ensures global CAPAs and global Quality actions are implemented in a coherent way throughout the company.
o Prepares the Vaccines Global Quality Management Review Reports
o Prepares the Vaccines Global Quality Plan
PRE-REQUISITES:
- University degree (Chemistry, microbiology, biological sciences, pharmaceutical science, bio or chemical engineering or related field)
- 5 to 10 years experience in Biologics or in the Pharmaceutical industry
