Description
My client is looking for a Petrophysicist who is familiar with principles of open hole log analysis, core analysis, and production for well and reservoir studies. Skills include the ability to design, manage, and interpret log and core data acquisition programs. Must have knowledge of Productions surveillance methods, familiarity of seismic rock properties workflows, and pressure analysis for hydrodynamic studies.Bachelor of Science in Geology, Geophysics, or Petroleum Engineering
Experience:
10 years as a petrophysicist with 5 of those working with an exploration company
Experience leading teams
Ability to use major Petrophysical software
Background in reservoir surveillance methods and numerical reservoir simulation
Expert in Unconventional Reservoirs
Travel may be required, possibly international
Must be authorized to work in the US
