Description
You will be responsible for the company achieving a strong P/L performance and delivery against budget.Facilitate the co-ordinated effort of each departmental area to achieve business objectives
Develop the business growth strategy and create co-ordinated plans to achieve the vision
Identify and develop internal talent to support business growth
Experience Required
Knowledge of the Rail or Automotive industry is required
Previous experience in a large Manufacturing or Logistics Company
Lean Manufacturing experience
Ideally an Engineering based Degree
Proven track record within a Complex Engineering company
Role can be split between Manchester and Home base
