I am currently on the lookout for a Operation Team Lead to join a an international client based inBath.This is a chance to work for a rapidly growing business with endless opportunity for progression. The right candidate will have the following skills:
- Sound planning and people management skills.
- Commercially focussed.
- Excellent coaching, influencing and communication skills and have a 'can do' customer centric approach.
- Developing and implementing a strategy to identify and implement best in class working practices.
- Monitoring and controlling costs against set budgets, taking remedial action where required.
- Regularly reviewing business performance against set indicators to determine the quality of customer service being provided and take corrective action where necessary.
- Maintaining close contact with key customers to gauge perceived levels of service and providing senior support where problems have not been resolved by others.
- Fostering excellent working relationships with colleagues, customers, suppliers and our trade union.
- Ensures that safe working practices are adhered to by the team, and that all relevant employees are fully trained in safe systems of work. Attend regular safety briefings and take responsibility for your own, employees, contractors and visitor safety in accordance with The Health & Safety at Work Act 1974 and The Workplace (Health, Safety & Welfare) Regulations 1992.
- Ensure compliance with environmental policies, systems and processes in accordance with ISO14001, FSC and PEFC certification and compliance.
