Description:
- Experienced in incident/problem and change handling. ITIL process based
- Experience in banking secter
- Team player and very optimistic driven person
- Experience in electronic E-commerce
- English and Dutch or French
- Participate in Standby which means that you will intervene outside office hours (1 w/month - more during holidays)
- Well organized to guarantee a good follow-up of the production incidents.
- Good communication skills. Written and Verbal
- Service management skills. OLA Defining and SLA Reporting
- SQL experience (Oracle DB)
- Linux skills
- Stress resistant to work in a production environment
