ICT Technician - WAN, Microsoft Office, telephones, network
My client requires an ICT Technician to be primarily responsible for the installation of ICT equipment with the support and supervision of an appropriate ICT officer. You will work and be supervised with the installation and commissioning of ICT equipment (telephones, network equipment, computer and peripherals) ensuring high quality standards are maintained in a timely and efficient fashion. You will carry out basic diagnostics and fault resolution procedures on equipment being installed and escalate to team members where necessary. It is imperative that you have WAN experience.
