My client, a rapidly growing public sector business is currently recruiting for a Enterprise Architect on a initial 6 month basis. The ideal candidate will be expected to delivery an agreed set of GIS Enterprise Architecture artifacts, with a proven track record of working in a similar arena.
The successful candidate will be to development and enhancement of the existing concept, whilst developing the future GIS Architecture across multiple domains including Business, Application, Technology, Security and Information. Development of a new Roadmap describing the current and future architecture.

Key Skills
Creation of Enterprise Architecture Strategy, Blueprint and Roadmaps
Use of best practices for developing an integrated GIS Enterprise Architecture by leveraging current standards, specifications, architectures and services into an interoperable GIS Enterprise Architecture
Ability to communicate thoughts, ideas and information of a technical nature in a logical, organised, manner to numerous stakeholders
Demonstrates the ability to work effectively with others in a team environment.
Commensurate experience working with numerous Geospatial technologies (COTS and Open Source)
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent Stakeholder Management skills
Preferred Qualifications
Certified Enterprise Architecture, using on of the following frame works, MODAF, PEAF or TOGAF
