Description
Requirements:
- Perform Business Analysis activities (ie requirement gathering, create specifications, workshop facilitation, interviews, business process design, reports design and business process modelling).
- Work with our Customers to identify the business needs to be covered by our solution, set expectations, identify business improvement opportunities and scope.
- Be responsible for the day to day management of Change Requests in relation to the project plans and Deliverables cycle to ensure agreed deadlines are met.
Experience:
- Have a minimum of 6 years' experience working in an environment as a Systems/Business Analyst/Software Tester
- Extensive experience in Life Assurance
- Have ability to illicit and elaborate high level business requirements and convert to detailed software functional and non-functional requirements.
- Able to write Testable requirements that can be clearly linked to Test Plans and Scripts (Traceability).
- Have the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical people to formulate requirements, contribute to design discussions, create test cases and offer insights into industry developments.
