Description
Our client located in the heart of the CBD is currently seeking a Senior Test Analyst for a short term contract where you will be responsible for testing of Salesforce Service Cloud front-end and integration components.Key aspects of this role will include;
- Reviewing requirements, providing testing effort estimates, creating test plans, documenting test objectives and cases for Functional, Integration, Regression and Performance test needs
- Executing Manual and Automated tests
- Performing defect management activities
- Reporting on testing progress throughout test preparation and execution
To be considered for this contract your skills will include;
- The ability to successfully coordinate end to end testing in complex IT environments
- Managing competing priorities, work under pressure and meet deadlines whilst maintaining a high degree of testing accuracy
- Previous experience testing Call Centre / Help Desk / Trouble Ticketing applications would be highly regarded
- Salesforce experience is desirable for this role but not essential
