Client Support Analyst

My client in Toronto is currently looking for a full time, permanent employee to join their technology team. They are looking for a Client Support Analyst with some leadership skills, desktop troubleshooting and trading knowledge, plus ITIL to join their team. Salary is open. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

· Delivering a professional client service experience through ad-hoc troubleshooting and problem solving for end user queries in a professional and timely manner

· Undertaking incident management as required

· Working with the Service Desk and Problem Management teams to deliver a seamless ever improving service

· Ensuring business requirements are being met by the various IT teams globally

· Ability to support and troubleshoot issues with technologies: including but not limited to: Networking (TCP/IP,DNS, Cabling), Remote Access Connectivity (iPass/VPN), Telephony (Cisco/IPC Dealing Console/VoIP/Voice Recording) and Blackberry etc

· Providing high level support of the Microsoft SOE - Windows 7/XP, Office
