COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER - RETAIL BANKING - COMMERCIAL - LONDON
My client, a leading retail bank, has an urgent requirement for an experienced Communications Manager to join them on a large and complex business transformation programme. Candidates must have a strong retail banking background and previous experience as a Communications/Relationship Manager.
Role Requirements
- Track customer contacts and progress
- Knowledge of a Clearing system
- Understanding of counter transactions and cash management products
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate
- Experience using MS Office including Excel and Powerpoint
- Relationship management experience
Location: London
Duration: 3 months initially
Start: ASAP
