Senior Digital Marketing Manager required by a leading client in Salford Quays.

To be responsible for maximising the performance of all Digital Marketing across all digital channels ensuring commercial and brand targets are achieved.

Role and Accountabilities:

The key accountabilities for this role are to:

  • Identify, define and drive innovation in the use of digital media with the objectives of improving efficiencies, user experience and supporting business goals.
  • Delivery of a fully optimised online acquisition & retention experience through enhanced traffic generation, conversion and on site optimisation.
  • Work with the PR and Social Media Manager to provide a strategic view on the role of new media developments, identifying opportunities for the client.
  • Analyse and Identify effective synergy and cost efficiency opportunities across SEO and PPC (SEM) activities.
  • Develop and deliver the optimal digital media mix across all channels, including PPC/SEO, Affiliates, Affinity Partners, eMail, Display, Sponsorship, Social Media and Social networks.
  • Create and implement market leading digital customer communication, including video, forums, microsites, reviews and user generated content
  • Integrate Digital Marketing activities and campaigns with offline and Brand marketing through effective relationship and interface with Brand and Marketing Services
  • Leadership and development of the Digital Marketing team.
  • Manage key relationships with media and digital partners, to oversee the delivery of Digital acquisition plans
  • Work with digital agencies to ensure our creative achieves a high level of engagement and cut through with our prospective customers online

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Degree or similar Marketing/Digital qualification
  • Proven campaign management skills with 5+ years experience of running Digital campaigns and optimisation on different channels and platforms
  • A demonstrable understanding of current digital marketing trends and technologies
  • Stakeholder management experience and senior stakeholder influencing
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical and decision making skills
  • Excellent planning and organisational abilities
  • Clear understanding of media concepts and branding
  • Extensive experience of agency management
  • Solid budget management experience
  • Strong people and management skills including experience of virtual management
  • Excellent inter personal and communications skills
  • To have the customer at the heart of everything we do and ensure we meet FSA (TCF) guidelines
