We are Currently recruiting a number of 'Customer Communication Managers' for a large Migration Programme.
The Successful applicant will have the following skills and background;
- Track record in Customer focused roles.
- Track record in Contact Strategy.
- Track record on Migration Programmes.
- Beneficial to have worked on Branch related programmes.
- Beneficial to have a background or strong understanding of MArketing and Communications.
- Understanding of Corporate or Commercial Business.
- Knowledge/Management/Compliance behind Customer Documentation.
- Ideally understanding of Clearing Systems or Cash Management Products.
Successful candidates will have a Valid UK Driving License.
