To strengthen our Belgian team, we are hiring a PMO/project manager with experience in clarity and banking sector.

DESCRIPTION OF TASKS
- Leading & facilitating the workshops.
- Preparation of Steering Committees.
- Support in project management, planning & budgeting.
- Set-up of project governance.
- Report on progress, risk & issues.
- Coordinate the functional & technical analysis, design & requirement gathering.
- Test coordination, User Acceptance Testing support.
- Defining and recommending system solutions to meet business goals and product requirements.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
- A master or bachelor degree in business administration, or equivalent through experience.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience as a PMO/intermediate project manager.
- Prior experience in the banking sector (4 years) with domain expertize such as in risk management (Basel2); payment (SEPA); capital markets; funds management;
- Able to support the project managers and management team in the usage of clarity.
- Knowledge of ING processes is a plus.
- Fluency in English, Dutch and/or French.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Proficient user of Microsoft office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and specific tools (Visio, MS Project)
- Clarity Knowledge
- Project management methodologies certifications (such as Prince2, PMBOX, Lean 6sigma) are an asset.
