We're currently seeking a highly experienced Front-End/User Interface Developer to develop robust mobile and desktop web experiences using HTML, CSS and Javascript for our PCHLotto site at www.pchlotto.com.

The Javascript rockstar candidate will be closely on a day-to-day basis with multiple Agile development teams, designers, copy writers, information architects and marketers. Within our Agile workflow this candidate will need to immerse themselves within different teams using different technologies.


We are looking for a very creative thinker who can help develop engaging interfaces to match today’s desktop and mobile standards. Experience in iPhone/Android app development is a plus.

Responsibilities include:

  • Update, maintain and enhance PCHLotto mobile and desktop User Interface (UI)
  • Create pages leveraging Photoshop, HTML, CSS and javascript by hand; Knowing when to leverage a javascript library and when to code by hand.

Qualifications:

  • 5 -7+ years experience planning, designing and building complex web sites and applications
  • Expert experience in HTML/CSS/javascript/jquery
  • Expert  experience writing object oriented javascript and DOM manipulation
  • Must be able to decipher 1st and 3rd party API's and integrate via Javascript
  • Understanding and ability to communicate interactive design principles
  • Experience in Photoshop
  • Strong conceptual development, wire framing, layout and illustration skill
  • Ability to work in a team environment to develop and implement design
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience with any of the following a plus: PHP (Joomla), .net, Perl, Java.
