Ticket support
When a SAP user creates a ticket and whenever it is necessary, understand and translate the issue (from Russian to English) before escalading to SAP CCParticipate to the development of the solution under the supervision of the SAP CC ManagerUnderstand the solution proposed by SAP CCExplain the solution to the users and support its implementation

Analyze the business need with the users and describe the project (objectives, schedule, impacts)Participate to the development of the solution under the supervision of the SAP CC ManagerUnderstand the solution proposed by SAP CCExplain the solution to the usersOrganize and support its implementation: testing, training, developing users documentation
Implementation of SAP
Co-manage the project (representing SAP CC) with the project manager (representing the users)Single point of contact with SAP CCSupport operations planning and check work progress according to the planningMaintain issue logParticipate to the project steering committee
REQUIREMENTS:
SAP proficiency (MM – SD – MRP)Native Russian and fluent in EnglishBusiness knowledge (Russian legislation, print forms…)Project management experience
