We are looking for a graphic and web designer to do a complete shake-up of our website.What do we do?
Kapta is an online tool that helps growing companies scale their business. We help companies take their business to the next level. How? It’s a platform where CEOs can set and communicate the company’s vision and objectives, then make sure that all employee goals are aligned to the main company priorities. Employees update goal progress and this is reflected back to the executive team through a real-time dashboard. We close the loop with feedback, which enables the whole company to move (and grow) faster.
What are we looking for?
An edgy, dynamic brand – focused on turning our customers into “kick-ass companies.” We want to move away from jargon and business bullshit and present a fun, compelling offer to our clients.
How are we going to work together?
We are doing the brand messaging right now, and that will drive the design element. So we don’t need any Lorem Ipsum because we’ll have the keywords, tag lines, etc ready for you when you start – this should make for a more targeted design process.
