Senior Petroleum Engineer is urgently needed to fill a position inHouston,TXwith one of the top international oil and gas companies!Progressive Global Energy & Natural Resources specializes in delivering first-rate professionals to the Oil & Gas industry. I work specifically with Production and Completions Engineers and have been hired to execute an executive search to fill this role as soon as possible.
Responsibilities:
- Artificial Lift Systems and Well stimulation
- Completion and Facility Design
- Participate in daily company meetings
- Mentor junior engineers on their team
- Field Work Supervision
- Average 2 weeks per quarter travel
- Workover/Completion
- Provide leadership to crews and field personnel
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8-12 year experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Petroleum Engineering
- Demonstrate leadership abilities
- Experience in Artificial Lift systems
- Production Operations
- Posses good problem solving skills
- Effective Communication skills
- Mentoring skills
