Resource Planning Analyst - My Blue Chip Financial Services Client is seeking an experienced Resource Planning Analyst. To take responsibility for the coordination, tracking, control, analytics and functional reporting of resource strategy and planning and resource sanctioning across the Global workforce.
You will provide guidance to the Head of Workforce Planning in devising and running the planning cycles on behalf of the business. Maintaining and enhancing strategic partnership with Resource Planners across a number of functional ares in order to understand in depth current FTE levels, initiatives (current and pipeline). The successful candidate will manage relationships with Legal, Procurement and other business areas which may be globally based. You must be articulate and be able to present changes to senior management on a timely basis and consider the impact on other areas during planning cycles.
