Senior Functional Analyst - 9-12 Month Contract
- Reporting to - Project Manager
- USP Of Role - End to end Documentum implementation project.
- Must have over ten years of IT experience with business analysis experience
- ECM domain experience
- Knowledge of any one ECM products: Documentum, FileNet, OpenText will be an added advantage
- 10-12 Years banking experience
- English is Mandotory
- Dutch is mandotory
- French Language is nice to have

Must have -
- Strong background of banking industry, experience in application development projects, flare for technology and should be able to bridge the gap between business and IT teams.
- Have extensive experience is capturing and documenting business requirements
- Works with business stakeholders to analyse how software packaged solutions can best support the business processes to address business functional needs. Work with customers to clearly develop the conceptual solution definition.
- Participates in requirements gathering activities, including opportuinities to lead facilitation requirements elicitation workshops or interview sessions. Capture business processes and workflows in cross-functional flow chart digrams.
- Translation of business requirements into functional (non-functional) specifications.
- Good communication skills both written and spoken.

- xPression/Document generation product (Doc1, Thunderhead etc) knowledge
- Good understanding of document imaging, document management and document generation systems.
- Functional requirements gathering, prepare BRD, clarify business requirements to IT team
- Provides subject matter expertise to translate business requirements into SRS
- Evaluation the information gathered through workshops and surveys and creates functional designs.
