The provision of advice, assistance and leadership in any area associated with the procurement, provision, delivery, maintenance or effective use SAP and its environments. The type of consultancy can deal with one specific aspect of IS or it can be wide ranging and address many aspects or it can be of a strategic nature.
Experience required with: SAP Applications, IT, Business Modeling, Analytical, Creative, Good Communication, Familiar with Consultancy, Business process re-engineering, Client Server, financial services, Familiar with Corporate, Industry and Professional Standards, Presentation Techniques, Report Writing Techniques, Familiar with contextual enquires, statistical analysis, interviewing, Line Management.
Educated to degree or professional level HBO/WO level.
Description:
Our client has a substantial annual coating scope for equipment, product lines and structural steel. In order to achieve the required level of quality of these activities a contracted position is identified for a specialized coating inspector.
The tasks and responsibilities of the coating inspector comprise:
Increase the level of coating quality delivered by coating contractors
Review and challenge coating application proposals (activity breakdown, planning, quality assurance) by coating contractors
Prepare counter estimates for the coating proposals
Review and challenge coating QA/QC plans
Carry out coating quality checks on-site and offsite at coating shop
Deliver coating quality QA/QC services for the Corrosion Under Insulation (CUI) project, other projects and maintenance activities
Identify improvements for coating application standards Stakeholders
CUI project team
Coating contractors (on-site and offsite)
Pressure equipment inspectors
Engineering contractor (Jacobs)
Civil engineers
Civil field supervisors
Coating specialists Projects & Technology _Experience
Minimum 5 years NACE level 2
Minimum 5 years experience with QA/QC of coatings
Minimum 5 years experience as coating supervisor
Minimum 5 years experience with preparing counter estimates
Experience with QA/QC of insulation and passive fireproofing is considered an advantage _Behavior Strong communication skills (verbal and written); Dutch and English Assertive/persuasive Flexible personality
