Hays Information technology are currently recruiting an IT Help Desk Analyst for a client in Bristol

You will provide 1st and 2nd line technical IT support and take ownership for issues or requests while maintaining a high level of customer service satisfaction. You will Log, update and escalate where necessary to ensure incidents are resolved in a timely and efficient manner according to defined SLA's.

Ideally you will have a minimum 2 - 3 years experience in an IT Service / Help Desk position and an understanding or previous experience in an ITIL environment. You will be a pro active and customer focused person who is an effective communicator and able to obtain, assess & deliver information in a clear and concise manner.

Technically you will have experience with Microsoft Outlook, Active Directory, Microsoft Office 2003 & 2010, Windows XP, Remote Connection Tools (E.g. RDP, Dameware) and LAN/WAN Connectivity Troubleshooting (DNS, TCP/IP, DHCP). Further technical experience would be an advantage.
