Job Title
SEPA Implementation Consultant

Overall Role Purpose
The consultants will assist the corporate customers of our client to roll out their implementation of SEPA.

Accountabilities
The Client's consultants will supplement our client's existing Cash Management teams for both Corporate and Business/SME customers, visiting the high-priority customers in their offices to discuss SEPA readiness, and guide the customer through the conversion/migration process. These consultants will work closely with the existing team members, but will specialise in SEPA migration.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Strong working knowledge of SEPA rules and business impacts, understanding of payments flows and architecture.
  • Experience of implementing SEPA at corporates on behalf of a bank.
  • Excellent communication and people skills, good working knowledge of ERP/AP/AR systems, ability to quickly learn the bank's product set and organisational structure and then deploy this knowledge in a end client situation.
  • Good document writing skills, especially in recording agreement with clients and playing this back for sign-off.
  • Strong team working ability and good pro-active communication of issues upwards in a timely and open and non-confrontational manner.
