We are currently recruiting for Customer Service Advisers to work for the UK's leading and most innovative telecommunications company to be based in Darlington.

This is a full time ongoing temporary role.

Your main duties will be to provide excellent customer service to internal customers calling for advice. You will provide support and guidance on a variety of actions in regards to Care and Logistics. You will also be required to complete actions on a day to day basis, therefore concern for accuracy and task management is essential.

FULL TRAINING WILL BE GIVEN
Requirements:
*Call Centre or Administrative experience
*Excellent Customer service skills
*Strong Concern for Accuracy
* Good communication Skills
* Confidence in dealing with queries
*IT Skills

We are looking for individuals that can show flexibility to work 4 days over 7 on a rotational basis to support this role therefore if you feel like your ready for a new challenge, please respond with an up to date CV and we will be in touch shortly!
Location: Darlington
Payrate: £6.90 per hour
