EBS Process & Change Consultant

Minimum experience:
- Minimum HBO working and thinking, preferably a training in the field of information or business;
- Minimum 3-6 years experience in working with Oracle EBS (release 12), rounder: knowledge of multiple modules (including AP, AR, GL, PA, PO, FA).;
- Knowledge of and experience with Finance, Purchasing and Projects business;
- Excellent command of the Dutch language in speech and writing;
- Experience with UPK is an advantage;
- Knowledge of OBIEE is a plus;
- Experience with BPMone is an advantage;
- Experience with the municipal government is desired;
. If two candidates simultaneously offered is shared knowledge is also an option.

Or
- Minimum HBO working and thinking, preferably a training in the field of information and business administration.
- Minimum 5 years experience in performing EBS implementations.
- Proven experience with EBS migrations from version R11 to R12.
- Knowledge and experience with Finance, Projects and Procurement business processes.
- Extensive experience with EBS modules: GL (incl. SLA), FA, PA and OTL.
- Knowledge and experience with grant management and slide VAT in the municipal government is a plus.
- Good command of the Dutch language in speech and writing.
- Experience with OBIEE with EBS is a plus.
- Experience with EBS (and OBIEE) within the municipal administration is desired.
