Description
Senior Change Management and Training Manager is urgently required for a Prestigious Client based in Saudi Arabia. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a high profile project in the energy and utilities sector.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- Overall Change Management Experience of 15-18 Years
- Change Management Experience in large organizations with complex transformational projects
- Strong Knowledge of ERP business Processes preferably SAP
- Knowledge of Application Software Tools including presentation, spreadsheet, word processing applications
- Provide communication regarding the project and new system - from various business groups, end users about the change and actively involved with the change
- Ensure that business process envisioned and configured by project team are implemented in practice
- Advance training experience with ERP implementations
- Advanced experience in developing training materials and providing training to would be trainer and end user community
- Ability to work effectively with all members of the organization and lead
- Superior Communication Skills
- English speaking (bilingual English/Arabic preferable)
