One of the world`s leading biopharmaceutical companies with a product range for all phases in a person`s life, a strong product pipeline and leading research and manufacturing capabilities is looking for a change Manager/ Lean Specialist for a new contract opportunityUpcoming activities:
-The development and practical use TPM and 5S in the Teams of Laboratories and other previously-administrative teams of QO. This in conjunction with the Opex specialists of the site
-RFT deployment in QO: continuing to encourage the execution of RFT projects, Monitoring of progress of projects M1 and qualification of people
-The monthly monitoring and reporting status around the above issues, and Idea-for-Improvement and Cost Improvement Projects
Desired level of education
-Perfect English and Dutch
Experience Required
-Some years of experience, preferably in pharmaceutical operational environment
-Knowledge of Lean techniques mainly 5S and TP
-Knowledge of RFT (Six Sigma) techniques, without necessarily qualified Green belt / Black belt to b
-Experience in managing project
-Preferred: Experience with change management projects

-Coaching rather than directing
-Change management facilitator
