Our prestigious client have an urgent requirement for an experienced Customer Migration Manager to join the business to work on an important customer migration programme. The purpose of the role will be to communicate to customers both via telephone and face to face the processes and changes that will be made to their accounts and future customer services policy.

The key requirements for this Customer Migration Manager role are:
- To fully understand the changes each customer in their portfolio will undergo.
- Develop a contact plan for their portfolio.
- Implement plan through engaging with customers (face to face or phone as appropriate)
- Record and manage progress using Customer tracker system
- Escalate any issues raised by customers to programme where appropriate.

Therefore, the successful candidate for this Customer Migration Manager role must have:
- Proven experience in a similar role within a banking/financial services environment
- Excellent banking knowledge.
- Strong ability to adhere to processes
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Customer facing experience.
