Server Team Infrastructure Support Engineer
Job Description:
He/she will manage (day to day) the mail, mail archive, fax, SMS environment
He/she will manage (day to day) our Active directories
He/she will manage (day to day) the file and print environment
He/she will manage (day to day) our VMware environment
He/she will manage (day to day) the antivirus antispam environment
Manage (day to day) = second-level support, pick up cases helpdesk can't solve.
Understanding + proven experience of following domains- products is a must:
W2K3 - W2K8R2
Exchange 2K10
Active Directory
Linux
Networking TCP/IP, DNS
VM Ware (ESX 5.0)
File and print services
Understanding and experience of following domains- products is a PLUS
Symantec Vault (Vault 9.0)
Faxination (fax - SMS)
Mailmarshal (mail relaying & spam)
Trend micro Deepsecurity (antivirus) + Sophos
Safenet Authentication Manager (e-token)
Security principles
Microsoft Operation Manager 2007
Scripting AD/exchange objects (VBS)/powershell
Other Important Skills
Must be a team player
Must have planning and organizational skills (working with strict deadlines must be able to cope with stress).
Must be able to troubleshoot technical problems.
Must be able to communicate (oral + written) in French, Dutch and English. Mother tongue MUST be Dutch or French. Understanding German is a plus
Must be able to work independently
Customer minded.
Able to learn new products-environments quickly.
Able to write processes documentation.
Must be accountable and is NOT a 9 to 5 worker
