Contact duration: 13months + (strong possibility of extension)

Activities include coordinating the delivery of multiple Cisco VoIP projects, reporting project status utilizing a dashboard, allocating resources across the multiple projects, defining project governance policies and managing the financial concerns of the program. Must be able to utilize and effectively communicate technical components of an initiative to applicable parties.

Project Management expert with Cisco VoIP platforms to be able to implement new VoIP system, ACD groups, IVRs, and Call Trees in efforts to support VOIP infrastructure upgrades.
Consult with clients to determine telephony needs
Extensive experience with customer Station Reviews required
Manage Cable vendors to meet all service level agreements
Assist in developing documentation on Network Telephony instructions and standards
Assist in documentation and delivery of End user training and communication materials.
Ability to plan and direct multi-disciplinary design meetings
Experience with live system cutovers in a Medical or other critical availability environment
Comfort and flexibility to change task roles as required, including both intellectual design and manual labor tasks in order to move a project toward completion
Telephony ACD/IVR/Contact Center/Unified Communications/VOIP/QoS experience
After-hours and administrative support for all escalations, daily work, migrations, grooms, cuts, and projects
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Ability to self-manage, and be a self-starter
Valid drivers license and ability to travel within geographic service area
Cisco VOIP, QOS, Gateway, Gatekeeper, and Call Manager Experience
Sensitivity to Care Delivery environment
Ability to utilize full MS Office suite of products
Familiarity with cross-connects, CAT 5&6
Extensive experience with telecommunications solution design, including multiple systems and platforms.
Experience in Enterprise PBX upgrades from TDM to VOIP/Hybrid platforms
Experience Level: 10+ Years.
Skill Set: Bachelor's degree preferred, not required , PMP certification is a ++

Must be self motivated, well organized and have strong innovation and facilitation skills. Proven oral and written communication skills; excellent business presentation skills. Excellent analytical skills. Ability to interface effectively with all levels and across organizational lines, including the business units. Ability to effectively utilize external vendors and resources throughout the organization. Demonstrated success at building team relationships and partnerships across organizational lines.

Other important requirements:
Hours of the Position: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Experience Requirements: 3+ years project management in networking or telephony field
Top 3 Skills needed to succeed: Knowledge of network/telephony project management, organizational skills, task/issue management
Priority skills: (1) PBX/Voice MIGRATION experience (2) Wireless experience (3) WAN/LAN - but NOT and engineer
Managing: The contractor will not directly manage staff but will manage all tasks to the projects and work with functional managers to ensure quality and completion
Top 3 personality characteristics: Initiative, leadership, social skills
Educational Requirement: PMP and/or networking certification preferred
