IT Project Coordinator

Position Description:
These contractors will support OPPR (Out Patient Pharmacy Replacement). Client is replacing eight Legacy Outpatient Pharmacy Systems called Pharmacy Information Management Systems (PIMS) across 435 pharmacies in all Regions with a single application supporting all regions that will integrate/interface with 250+ Client Applications.
Execute OPPR activity.
Activity will involve reporting to multiple sites within an assigned service area, as directed by OPPR.
Contractor will provide guidance to other contractors and serve as a team coordinator.

Skills Required:
Minimum 5 years' experience in team leadership role
5+ years' experience with PC deployment activity
Minimum 4 years' experience with PC Hardware troubleshooting and repair
Minimum 3 years' experience with direct client interaction
Ability to give clear written and verbal instructions
Adaptable to change in process or required activities
Maturity of judgment under pressure.
Ability to resolve problems without delay and/or to seek managerial intervention
Flexibility and the ability to operate under stressful time sensitive deadlines
Attention to detail
Quick learner
Professional appearance and behavior, including punctuality
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Bachelor's degree in related field
Lifting in excess of 20 lbs
80+% of time will be away from main location -- DMV required. Candidate must have their own car and insurance, and must be willing to work at various Southern California locations from San Diego to Bakersfield. mileage reimbursed

Responsibilities:
Provide assistance to technicians as needed
Manage incoming and outgoing assets
Prepare systems for deployment
Scan existing asset for applications and settings
Interview clients to identify special considerations and other settings
Use in house tools to execute replacement activity
Collaborate with teammates to identify process improvements
Escalate quickly when issues arise

Work Hours: Schedule to be determined, but evenings and weekends are required.

Work is in a Medical facility- health screen required
