Description
We are currently looking for a FIX Support Analyst to be part of a global Production Services team for a leading investment bank, based in New York.
You will provide 1st/2nd line support to support system upgrades and other incidents in a follow -the-Sun trading model. You will also play a pivotal role in the co-ordination, implementation and testing of system releases. Due to the nature of DMA, this role will inevitably involve frequent communication with external clients and the business.
This is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and build solid working relationships with other teams within the FIX Production Services, internal clients, development and other IT teams to cooperatively deliver good client service.
Requirements
*UNIX
*SQL
*Good understanding of querying database tables
*Knowledge of Monitoring tools and techniques
*FIX protocol
*Understanding of the flow of a trade from client to Broker
*Excellent communication skills
