My client, a large financial services organisation, is currently recruiting for multiple Customer Migration Managers to manage the relationship with commercial customers during a major change. These roles will be retained on a contract basis for approximately 9 months.

The selected contractors will be responsible for explaining impending changes to customers face to face and by telephone, ensuring a high level of customer experience is retained during the change period.

To be considered for this role applicants should have previous experience managing relationships with customers within a banking environment throughout a period of substantial change. You should have proven customer facing experience gained within a banking environment.

In addition to the above experience, applicants should demonstrate excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, a high level of motivation and attention to detail.

These roles can be based UK wide, including but not limited to offices in London, Milton Keynes, Bristol, Birmingham, Cardiff, Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds, Newcastle and Scotland. This will also involve some travel between offices.
