My client is an industry leader within financial services, they have an immediate requirement available for Operational Transformation Analyst within one of their Transition Services teams based in Sydney Olympic Park. The contract is for an initial 3-6 months, but most likely this will be extended further or even convert to permanent.
Your main responsibility overall will be to support operational outcomes as well as transofrational activities. There will be alot of stakeholder engagement, report and docuement creation, framework/template development invovled in this role.
To be successful in obtaining this role, you will required the following background/experience:
- Previous experience in an operational change analyst/manager/consultant role
- Experience working within project environments
- Experience developing and implementing people engagement and transformation activities
- Exceptional and creative business writing and presentation ability
- Sound understanding of how an IT Operations team functions and communicates both internally and to stakeholders
- ITIL framework knowledge or certification
- Proficient in communications tools such as Photoshop, MS Visio, MS Excel, MS Word, HTML, MS PowerPoint, MS SharePoint, Publisher, Dreamweaver
- Tertiary Qualifications in IT/transition & transformation/Organisational Change Management or equivalent qualifications are desirable
