Description
Experience and Skills Required:
At least 10 years of RF design.
Candidates must have design experience in UMTS/HSDPA design and/or LTE design.
5+ in UMTS and/or LTE.
Good communication skills in English.
Good troubleshooting skills.
Candidate must have understanding of LTE fundamentals- RSRP, RSRQ, SINR, link budget, PCI, TA list, KPI's, etc.
Candidate must have significant experience using ACP (Automatic Cell Planning) tools such as Altaro ACP (Arieso), Advantage, OPTIMI etc.
Excellent understanding of the Design fundamentals (how to design and measure a network, Monte Carlo, antenna theory, etc.).
Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must.
Strong analytical, reasoning and problem solving skills.
