PCSR authors x2 - duration 1 year approx.- Author of an operational experience study - duration 3 - 6 months approx.
- HAZID (non-HAZOP) such as FMEA, checklist studies etc - duration 6 months approx.
- Forward action plan responsible engineer - 3 months approx
