Service Desk Support Technician, Investment Bank, £20-25k, London
One of London's premier investment banks are looking for a customer service orientated support analyst to join their ranks.
This role will primarily focus upon the first line service desk where you will be in charge of answering, logging and monitoring any support issues.
Requirements:
- First line support experience- Microsoft - Active Directory and Exchange administration, Dynamics- Market data support - Bloomberg, Reuters, Fidessa- Blackberry support- Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written)- Positive can do attitude towards resolving issues- High level of professionalism in dealing with customers- Degree qualified
