Description
SAP APO SNP / DP ConsultantSAP APO Consultant to support the on-going global SAP APO Demand Planning systems and delivery of post implementation issues for a multi-national world leader in manufacturing.
We are looking for someone with a minimum of 4 years experience in SAP APO to play a major part in the support team and work on continuous improvements.
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum of one full SAP APO implementation
- Experience in Demand Planning and Supply Planning
- Support experience across industries
- Knowledge of ITIL procedures
- Experience of successful support practices
- Experience working in a SAP ECC 6.0 environment
Responsibilities:
- Resolve CIF issues, SNP / PPDS heuristic runs and PPDS Optimizer runs
- Resolve issues in theAPOsystems
- Manage workload based on operational priorities
- Administer system documentation and updates required to ensure repository is current
- Communicate effectively with both the technical and user community
