Electronics Engineer, Digital, Analogue, Embedded Microprocessors (16 / 32 bit) FPGA, Cambridge, South East, £38ph, 6 monthsTHE ROLE:
An Electronics company in Cambridge, who are a leader in there market sector for there products require an Electronics Engineer for an initial 6 month contract opportunity.
This company is recognised globally for the solutions they provide, supplying there electronic solutions to a number market sectors.
For this new project they require an experienced Electronic Design Engineer who has both Digital and Analogue circuitry design skills. You should have working knowledge of FPGA's and Embedded Microprocessors ( i.e. 16 and 32 bits )
The ideal Engineer for this role should have applied there design skills to various market sectors, and should feel comfortable fitting into a small Research and Development design team, working closely with the Embedded Firmware Engineers.
Ethernet communication experience or other communication protocol knowledge is desirable.
This role is suited to someone who likes to work on projects from design to production.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Digital and Analogue circuitry experience
Embedded Microcontroller experience (32 bit would be ideal)
Full lifecycle experience
DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE:
FPGA knowledge (You should be comfortable communicating with the FPGA Engineers)
Ethernet communications
