Description
PURPOSE:
The basic function of this position is to act as the on-site installer for VoIP phones and configuration of Routers and Switches in the Philadelphia, PA area. The position pays $18 to $24 per hour.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Configuration of Switches/Routers
- Troubleshoot connectivity issues with data runs for VoIP phones
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Familiarity with installing pre-configured VoIP phones
- Ability to configure network Switches or Routers as needed (Cisco)
- Experience with paging system (Bogen or Valcom)
- Experience with Music On Hold system
Education
- High school diploma
- Technical degree from a trade school is desirable

Scope of Contacts
- Incumbent will interface with most internal departments and will have a high degree of interface with external customers.
Interpersonal Skills Required
- Must exhibit a high degree of good interpersonal skills.
- Dress Code requires business casual (no jeans or short authorized)
