Construction Project Manager - PM
Construction Project Manager - my client is currently looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to play a pivotal role in the delivery of a variety on construction projects, leading projects from inception to completion including the complete procurement and construction process throughout all phases.
The Construction Project Manager will manage the design and delivery of projects, ensuring new facilities are asthetically and holistically intregrated with existing strategic plans and delivered to time, cost and quality standards. Responsible for the full life cycle of projects, the Construction Project Manager will perform initial feasibility studies, design and procurement through to construction.
Ideally a with construction project manager professional qualification and membership of an appropriate professional body (eg RIBA, RICS, CIOB), the Construction Project Manager will have an in-depth knowledge of current construction and safety legislationm, an understanding of CDM regulations and experience of working on a wide variety of simiultaneous construction projects.
Salary: negotiable for the right candidate
