Compensation
Compensation will be competitive and is variable based on experience, portfolio, work ethic, and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities:

Development and integration of responsive designs for external partners

Responsible for multivariate design and content testing and reporting

Lead promotion and campaign management

Provide input and planning on UI/UX improvements to our eCommerce CMS

Responsible for driving improvements to platform UI frameworks

Requirements:

You will have 3+ years as an experienced UI design and PHP5 programmer

Expert in responsive designs including email templates, CSS3, HTML5 and jQuery

Experience designing for large traffic sites including is a benefit

Experience with CDNs and cloud hosting

Experience in A/B and multivariate testing, SEO, SEM and eCommerce marketing are advantages

Experience, or a willingness to learn Google Analytics & general statistics integrations

Experience working with PHP templating and frameworks

Familiarity with source code control systems (previous experience with Git is a plus) and distributed development environments

Experience in agile programming methodologies

Develop clean code that is well documented and follows standard coding conventions

Proficient in PHP5, XML, JSON and Ajax

Experience with NodeJS and Websockets is a plus.

Bachelor’s degree of equivalent qualifications

Location
ToyFoundry is accepting applicants from all locations who can work collaboratively in a distributed team environment. Preferably, the successful candidate shall be located in Brisbane, Australia.
