Description
My client in Angola is seeking a highly skilled Well Completions Superintendent to start work immediately. The Superintendent will be on a 12 months rolling contract on a 5x5 rotation Onshore (offshore as required).Responsibility:
The scope of service consists of:
-Providing the technical completion expertise within the drilling department
-Work closely with the Lead Completion Engineer to ensure that all programmes are prepared
-Review operational performance
-Suggest solutions for operational improvement
During the operational activities, the completions superintendent will also provide engineering support and technical advice to the Rigs superintendent
Vision from both an operational and safety standpoint is a must have as well as good offshore experience
The superintendent is to optimise well cost fully achieving all well performance, productivity, and development goals within a high standard of safety and environmental level
The B17 project portfolio requires the completions superintendent to:
-Ensure the engineering preparation of completions, work-over, well intervention and DST operation for exploration wells.
-Introducing new techniques and technologies to contribute to the increasing in performance of the operation
-Offshore completion witness at least once a week for KPI implementation
-Follow up on the engineering activities related to the completion equipment and related actions in theLuandabase
Requirements:
-Extensive knowledge of offshore completion operations
-Minimum 15 years experience in Completions Superintendent level
-International exposure
-At least 10 years as completions supervisor
-5 years as Completions Superintendent Holding a valid IWCF well certificate
-Good interpersonal and organisational skills
