We have an immediate contract project opportunity available for a highly experienced Senior Level Customer Project Manager to support wireless operations in the Central US Market. Please review the scope of work and details below, qualified applicants please apply to the address provided.

Job Scope: Customer Project Manager
The Customer Project Manager (CPM) will be tasked with the following responsibilities:
Work location may include field and customer site, travel 25 to 30%.

The CPM will be assigned the role and responsible for Product Deployment, Contract Executions' according to customer methods and processes.

Tasks may include the following:

  • Verify PO and review/revise Budgets
  • Calculate Planned Costs and update the billing milestone dates.
  • Update preliminary resource allocations done during proposal preparation and negotiations support, and make final reservation of project resources for contract execution.
  • Revise cost estimate for project execution and Customer Project Management created during Proposal Preparation and Negotiation Support.
  • Keep project actual cost within agreed budget & Act as receiver in the Contract Handover.
  • Interact and review site construction, site acquisition through vendor process.
  • Bring the customer project into execution.
  • Set up kick-off meetings and identify all teams involved, request the proper resources to perform the different activities required in this project.
  • Conduct recurring meetings and provide timely status reports to all stakeholders involved with this project according with the progress of the project.
  • Escalate issues relating to the project and the solution.
  • Adhere to customer meeting requirements, including but not limited to the weekly meetings.
  • Coordinate all activities between the teams involved to avoid misunderstandings, this include customer teams.
  • Manage the project from Start to End in accordance with Contract Handshake, aligned with Customer contract.
  • Provide timely status reports to all stakeholders involved with this project as well escalate issues relating to the project and the solution.
  • Adhere to Financials Requirements and Customer requirements, following the time lines agreed between Ericsson and Customer.
  • Work with the customer stakeholders to develop a project delivery plan.
  • Address any issue/conflict immediately to prevent delays, whether it is customer issue or internal Ericsson issue.

CPM is responsible to manage overall implementation operations for all the EF&I programs in Kansas. Manage high level milestones and trend chart showing Forecast Vs Actual, etc. Understand the contract and scope of work. Ensure Implementation Managers are following it. Partner with Program Manager/Director to review budget, ensure cost alignment to meet targets. Ensure approvals are maintained timely manner by Market Leads. Attend customer meetings to handle technical questions and escalations. Work closely with NIC lead to ensure QoS and Cost. Work closely with Logistic team for materials timely and correctly delivered for integration. Adhere communication plan and team strategy with customer and internal as required. Ensure proper utilization of resource by timely managing the assignments based on the resource work load. Ensure all post launch clean-ups are done properly by implementation team.
