Conducts regulatory examinations and internal audits across the organization. Conducts periodic compliance reviews of departments, ensuring that procedures and guidelines are met. Prepares documentation of internal procedures utilizing state and federal rules, regulations, statutes and other third-party compliance resources. Prepares compliance manuals and programs. Develops compliance training modules and training of compliance team members. Performs due diligence visits and risk assessments. Usually deals with non-routine tasks and confidential information. Interacts with all levels of management to support on-going organizational compliance.

There are a few new initiatives that need to put into place that we need someone to lead the effort on. This includes the development of an audit program over the payroll time process (currently, there is nothing in place) and to assist with determining the resource need to actually conduct this audit (which needs to be become part of our process). Additionally, we have another initiative to assist with creating a cost analysis of the corporate card program within the region. This will require an analysis of problem areas in the process.

Able to work independently with minimum guidance. Has sufficient audit background in order to create an audit program/plan to put new
processes/procedures in place. A minimum of 3-4 years of audit experience.

Requirements:

  • Experience Level: BA or BS required plus minimum 6+ years of direct relevant experience.
