Our client a leading financial institution based in South Co. Dublin is looking for a QA Manager to join their team on an initial 6 month engagement.
Role/Job Description
The successful candidate will work onsite with the Bank leading the QA team.
Skills/Expertise
1.12+ years of experience in IT, more than 4 years of management experience
2.Have worked with Banking clients
3.Strong fundamentals of Non-functional Testing & OAT
4.Aware about the process for NFT and OAT
5.Must have managed multiple projects on NFT & OAT in a shared services model
6.Past hands on experiences on NFT, OAT test planning, Tools
7.Worked on HP suite of Performance testing products
8.Good understanding on Performance testing Metrics, Process & tools
9.Must have exposure to working in a Geo-diversified team - Onshore & Off shore model
10.Strong Communication Skills.
11.Customer and Business Stakeholder Management
12.Strong on Microsoft MPP, Excel, Word
13.Project & Program Management skills
