ITN Mark Education would like to welcome an accomplished KS3 & 4 English Teacher to apply for this contract position until May 2013.

My client is an 'Outstanding' school (Ofsted 2007) and is a multi-cultural 11-18 mixed comprehensive school meeting the diverse needs of the local community. Their motto of "Dream, Believe, Achieve" underpins the culture of high expectations and supports everything they do and is reflected in the enviable scores for value added by which their performance is judged.

They are looking for an outstanding English Teacher to maintain a high standard of teaching levels in order to meet and exceed teaching and learning targets. You will need to be resourceful and creative in your teaching approach and have excellent time management skills.

To be considered for this English teaching post you must have:
* UK QTS
* PGCE English or equivalent English teaching degree
* Excellent behaviour management experience
* Extensive subject knowledge
* Have proven strategy planning skills
* Shown commitment to learning and development of pupils
* Taught at a consistently good /outstanding level
* Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with staff, parents and students

** Experienced Secondary English Teachers as well as English NQTs welcome
